Customer Service Representative:
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, and chat.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Location: Remote
Fashion Designer:
Responsibilities:
- Create original fashion designs for our clothing line.
- Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and bring new designs to life.
- Ensure designs meet aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
- Previous experience in fashion design preferred.
- Location: Flexible (Remote or On-site)
